The Software contains trade secrets and in order to protect them you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce the software to human-perceivable form. It is illegal to give copies to another person, or to duplicate the Software by any other means, including electronic transmission. This Software is protected by applicable copyright laws. You are not allowed to distribute copies of the Software or the documentation. You may also transfer all your license rights in the Software and related documentation and a copy of this License to another party, provided the other party reads and agrees to accept the terms and conditions of this License.Ĭopy and use restrictions.
